I could not get with a person, so I called the location on Landover to find yet another automated system telling me to call the same number as I had been connected with earlier or to log on to Quest Diagnostics. After a delay, the system responsed, "I am sorry, I am experiencing some technical difficulty." I didn't know if the appointment was made or not. Once the date and time was selected, the system asked me for my last name and to spell it. I literally spent 25 minutes with the automated system to find a location and then book the apointment. Both lab techs wouldn't even listen to us about how he is during lab draws when we tried mentioning how we usually pin him down the one lab tech said in a very irritated tone "just go to the hospital then!"
